This page provides help information on the following website areas:
Navigation
The site has three navigation features to help you find what you need.
Main navigation
On the left side of every web page, with a light blue background, are the main navigation links of the subject categories for programs, policies and related activities from DOSCIT.
Clicking on a navigation item takes you to a page for that subject area.
As you proceed through to the next levels (and as long as you remain in a particular subject category) you can easily see where you are in relation to other pages in that section because every particular page's name is written on the heading bar below the top of every web page.
If you follow a link on a page that takes you to another subject category then the name of that particular page will show where you are.
Top navigation
Across the top of every page, with a dark blue background, are menus to information about DOSCIT itself, the DOSCIT organogram, ICT projects, DOSCIT Issues as well as a list of organisations under DOSCIT.
Breadcrumbs
Placing a mouse pointer on a main link on the top navigation bar on every webpage are menus.
To return to the previous page you were viewing, click on the 'Back' button in your browser or use the mouse pointer on the a main link to get back on the drop down links.
Footer
At the bottom of each page you will find legal information regarding privacy and terms of use, as well as links to press releases, jobs & careers, vanacies, feedback, contact us, and site map pages.
Right side menus
On the right-hand side of most pages, with a blue background, you will find links to DOSCIT News and Events.
Keeping track of where you have been
In the content area in the centre of each page links are indicated by the combination of underlining and blue text. |
